M1 - Kick Off Meeting / Izmir Meeting
Kick Off Meeting was held on 23rd & 24th March 2023 in Izmir, Turkiye with the participation of all project partners.​
  • Each project partner organisation introduced themselves and their regions,
  • The coordinator organisation gave information about the goals and program rules of Erasmus+ program for the 2021-2027 period,
  • We discussed the goals and objectives of the project, the results to be produced, target audience, duties and responsibilities of the partner institutions,
  • The coordinator organisation informed partner organisations about the interim report, financing rules, budget&time management,
  • We discussed the Project Management, Sharing and Promotion, Monitoring&Evaluation, Organizations (TPM, E, C) and work packages,
  • We decided on the profile and features of the people to employ at the work packages,
  • We decided on the activity plan and the measures to take against possible risks.
