M2 Evaluation Meeting (Iashi)

First evaluation meeting was held on 21st – 22nd February 2024 in Iashi, Romania with the participation of all project partners. The main results of the evaluation meeting were as follows:

All participating organisations were informed about general management, budget management and M&E work.
The work which was done until the meeting day was evaluated together.
The work which was done in the future was approved.
The work plan was reviewed and adjustments were made if necessary.
Time and budget audit reports were submitted and approved.
Monitoring and Evaluation reports were submitted and approved.
